Our Story: From Gratitude to Action
The team behind the research on this website was born out of a deeply rooted desire to make a difference. It started with a profound realization: while we felt incredibly fortunate for the lives we live, that gratitude was quickly accompanied by a sense of responsibility. Seeing news reports of children living in poverty and facing severe illnesses made us realize just how much we take for granted. That was the moment our team decided to take action and start researching.
During our research, we uncovered the harsh reality faced by Syrian refugee girls in Jordan. They live in incredibly difficult conditions, and the tragic truth is that many of them are completely denied an education. The founder and entrepreneur behind this website is currently a middle school student. Like many of us, she used to go to school every day without realizing what an immense privilege it truly is.
The turning point came when she noticed that even her own parents were unaware of the educational crisis these girls are facing. This sparked her mission to build a platform dedicated to raising awareness.
Our primary goal today is to give these girls a voice and build a community of people who care. In the future, we hope to accept donations to directly fund and support their education. We want to ensure that what we view as a standard privilege here, finally becomes a fundamental right for them.
